Impressive place! Hedge Coffee is definitely something different. Every detail feels unique and thoughtfully designed. The atmosphere is modern, yet still very cozy and welcoming. I visited on a Saturday, and they had a DJ, which was a great addition to the atmosphere and complemented the drinks perfectly. I also really like their no-tipping policy. The baristas are fairly compensated, and everything is already included in the price. I personally prefer this approach because you know exactly what you’re paying from the beginning. I tried the espresso tonic, which was something completely new for me, and I really enjoyed the experience. Definitely a unique coffee spot and worth visiting!

Hedge Coffee definitely lives up to the Instagram hype. The space has a strong identity, with live DJ sets and a dreamy, laid-back atmosphere that makes it a fun place to hang out. The coffee was great, and the service was a little cold—but honestly, it somehow felt on brand. 😬

Finally made it to Hedge Coffee and even found parking on the same street. Yay me. When you walk in; what can I say; you have a live pine tree standing in front of you; complemented by beautiful skyline ' absolutely gorgeous. The space is incredible - really chill, good music in the background, high ceilings & vinyl records - good vibes. I ordered my Americano with a little bit of almond milk. Coffee was presented to me in a matching the vibe cup but the ratio of espresso and hot water was a little bit off; too strong like the cup was too small. The staff working there was not rude, but they were not friendly either. I can't really put my finger on it but it was as if they were kind of matching the vibe of the place. Very nonchalant. Every seat was taken in a middle of the day and one guy with his laptop was spread out at a table for four. Im glad that I checked out the place but I don't think I will be coming back. CC accepted Oat & almond milks available

I had such a great experience at Hedge Coffee in the Mission. The coffee was amazing—I ordered a flat white with oat milk and it was perfectly balanced and smooth. The space itself is just as impressive. It has this gorgeous mid-century modern vibe—clean lines, warm tones, and a really thoughtfully designed interior that makes you want to stay awhile. It feels elevated but still super welcoming. I also really appreciated their no-tip policy—it’s already included in the price, and it’s nice knowing the baristas are paid fairly. It just makes the whole experience feel more intentional. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Great coffee, beautiful space, and an overall vibe that just hits. ☕✨

Hedge Coffee SF is a standout spot! Their cappuccino is a reliable favorite—velvety milk foam with a silky texture, perfectly balanced against the rich espresso. You can tell the baristas take real pride in their craft, and the result is a cup that feels both comforting and elevated. The café itself has a welcoming energy, with music playing and the roastery tucked in the back. Staff are friendly, the menu is thoughtfully curated, and while interior seating is limited, there are a few benches outside where you can sip your coffee beside their charming “mini” redwood tree. Hedge Coffee is the kind of place that invites you to linger—whether catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet moment solo. A must‑visit for anyone who appreciates great coffee and a unique atmosphere!
